NHS Mail Smartform for Pharmacists / Optometrists / Dentists

Please Note: Our usual process is for a 'Shared Mailbox' to be created for relevant staff to view / action incoming emails and send replies etc. The mailbox has 'Owners' to add / remove future permissions and 'Members' who just access it. Both Owners and Members have access to use all mailbox functionality. Access to the mailbox is via Personal Mailbox credentials.

NB If you already have a shared Mailbox created by NHSmail themselves, we do not have access to add Members to it. Although we can provide guidance for your Owner to action.

e.g. name of site and city, or something to that effect

Please note that owners will be required to administrate this mailbox in order to add/remove members for access etc – further information on shared mailboxes or distribution lists can be found here
