    Monday 22nd July 10:00 Update:

     

    We are continuing to closely monitor the system to ensure that all users can log in and use EMIS Web.  

    As a reminder, whilst our services are recovering, there may be some performance degradation. Please avoid any activity that is not absolutely necessary, in particular, please delay any Search and Reporting activity until at least Tuesday.   

    Our current understanding is that no user-intervention will be needed and items such as lab results and prescriptions will start flowing automatically. We will keep users updated if that situation changes.  

    If you are experiencing any issues, please contact the Service Desk and provide as much detail as possible so that we can investigate.    

    We will provide further updates if anything changes, or if there is any additional user action required.
